Overview

Businesses today face a gap between their expectations and what the workforce can provide, leading to increased burnout and resignations. This research explored how strategic design methods could help address that gap through solutions tailored to each company’s culture.

Approach

A prototype workshop was developed and refined as a central component of the design-driven approach.

Project goal

Utilize strategic design methods to create a new process for companies to use when approaching how to improve business and workforce capacity.

Publication & presentation

The research paper was published and presented at IASDR 2023 in Milan. The presentation was also livestreamed at the Ripple Symposium of 2023.
