Project Summary
Businesses today face a gap between their expectations and what the workforce can provide, leading to increased burnout and resignations. Research utilizing strategic design methods revealed that these same methods could help address the issue by tailoring solutions to each company’s unique culture. A prototype workshop was developed and refined as a central component of this design-driven approach. This Research Project and Paper were published and presented at the 2023 IASDR Conference in Milan
